I focus on diagnosing user, data, and API issues while partnering with Product and Engineering to deliver clear, accurate resolutions that improve the overall client experience.

My technical background includes Python, SQL, automation, and foundational cloud architecture, supported by my AWS Solutions Architect certification. I have experience improving support workflows, strengthening root cause analysis, and reducing operational friction to help prevent recurring issues. Before Meltwater, I developed a strong diagnostic foundation at Apple and completed a competitive IBM Developer program focused on AI and automation, where I built computer vision features and lightweight ML workflows using Python and IBM Cloud.

Outside of work, I bring 18 years of competitive cricket experience as both a player and mentor, which shaped my discipline, composure under pressure, and ability to support teams in fast moving environments.
